Terms of sale.
What you're agreeing to when you buy the WeekReset 90-Day Planner.
Effective date: 16 October 2026.
1. Who we are
WeekReset is operated by Pieter Lombard, sole trader (ABN 78 308 951 013), based in Armstrong Creek, Victoria, Australia. Contact: hello@weekreset.com.
2. What you buy
A personal, non-transferable licence to download and use the WeekReset 90-Day Planner PDF. You may use it in your own business or personal planning. You may not redistribute, resell, share publicly, or post the files online.
Checkout and file delivery are handled by Gumroad — your purchase is also subject to Gumroad's terms.
3. Price and payment
- Australia: A$17.50 one-time (incl. GST) · United States: US$17.50 one-time · United Kingdom: £17.50 one-time.
- Location-based taxes may be added at checkout — Gumroad calculates and applies them based on your region.
- One-time payment. No subscription, no renewal.
- Payment is processed by Gumroad. We never see or store your card details.
4. Delivery
Your download link is delivered by Gumroad immediately after purchase. If your files won't download, contact us and we will fix it.
5. Refunds
If the files won't download or open, or the kit is materially not as described, contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will fix it or refund you via Gumroad to your original payment method.
For anything else, email us and we will do our best to sort it out — we're a one-person business and we'd rather you were happy.
Australian customers: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, including that digital goods be of acceptable quality and match their description. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. UK customers — right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day right to cancel. Because this is an instant digital download, you will be asked at checkout to consent to immediate supply and to acknowledge that you lose the cancellation right once downloading begins.
7. Not professional advice
The planner contains productivity templates and scripts, not legal, tax, financial, or professional advice.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law (and subject to section 5 above), our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase is limited to the price you paid.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
